Do I have to be a trail runner to work with you?
Nope! I’m certified for road and trail running, for races from a 5K up to 100+ milers. I have the most experience coaching 50k runners.

Do I have to start my training plan as soon as I apply?
Nope! You can start your training whenever you want within the next 3 months.

Is this plan monthly or a set amount of time?
This plan is a one time fee for a 12 week training plan.

What if I want a plan that is longer than 12 weeks?
