This is my semi supported plan offered for the athlete who wants a customized running plan with coach alterations and periodic check ins as the program progresses. This plan starts at 12 weeks.

Do I have to be a trail runner to work with you?
Nope! I’m certified for road and trail running, for races from a 5K up to 100+ milers. My favorite distance to coach is the 50k.

Do I have to start my training as soon as I apply?
Nope! You can start your training whenever you want within the next 2 months.

Is this plan monthly or a set amount of time?
This plan has a commitment of at least 12 weeks with the option to commit to a longer time frame. Payment plans are available.

Plans start at $327 for 12 weeks.
