A custom training plan is perfect for the athlete who wants a plan created for them but is not looking for continuous support. The plan is delivered via spreadsheet or TrainingPeaks (athlete’s choice) all at once.
A custom training plan includes:
- An up to 45 minute call to gather information in order to individualize the training plan (scheduled after purchase)
- Up to 16 weeks of training including speed workouts (if applicable) and scheduling for other sports/activities
- Strength training guidance (if desired)
- Lifetime access to my slack community
Custom plans do not include alterations to the plan once created or a custom strength plan. Alteration of the plan is up to the athlete once the plan has been received.
