This program is PERFECT for you if you’re just getting into running or coming back from a break from running.
This is a self directed program PACKED with so much information.
✨11 chapters full of 85+ pages of information about making your runs easy enough, mindset, nutrition, and so much more.
✨ Two 12 week training plan options (new to running OR return to running).
✨ Access to a community of runners.
By the end of either plan option, you will be running consistently 3-5x times per week. The goal of these programs is to help you build the habit of running in a safe way.
New to Running is for the athlete who has never run consistently before and has little other running experience (ex. from other sports). With this plan, you will be run/walking for the entire 12 weeks.
Return to Running is for the athlete who has running experience but has taken a break and is coming back to running consistently. With this plan, you will run/walk for the first 4 weeks then run continuously for the final 8.
For both plans, all workouts are prescribed by time.
